Tin ping specializes in wide variety of springs, over 26 years experiences, including compression spring, tension spring, torsion spring, antenna spring, battery spring, wire forming spring and so on.
In 1994, Tin Ping was the first spring factory that awarded ISO9001 certification in Hong Kong.
In 2002, the stamping equipments were introduced for the manufacturing of product such as: connector terminal, spring plates, connecting brackets and other all stamping parts products upon customer request.
Furthermore, automatic lathe equipments were employed for the production of various metal parts, fasteners, bushings, shaft etc.
In 2004, Electro-Plating department was established in order to provide metal parts surface treatment, such as nickel plate, zinc plate and copper plate.
Finally, new CNC production line was founded in 2012.
In a whole, our company owns ISO9001:2014, ISO/TS16949, IECQ, QC080000 and ISO/14001:2013 certifications. It is one of the largest scale suppliers for metal parts in Guangdong or the Mainland China.
